Four phases, one relaunch.

PHASE 1Restart Foundations2026
  • Transition from Klein Road Church of God to Waypoint Church
  • Install a new treasurer and update financial systems
  • Build board structure and bylaws; develop the partnership prospectus and fundraising relationships with a fundraising coach
  • Ongoing sermon and ministry development
PHASE 2Relaunch PreparationSpring – Summer 2026
  • Recruit, prepare, and commission the relaunch team
  • Execute large and small community events building toward the relaunch
PHASE 3Pre-LaunchOctober 18, 2026
  • Pre-launch gathering to preview worship, cast vision, and invite the community
PHASE 4Relaunch & GrowthNovember 1, 2026 & beyond
  • Public relaunch of Waypoint Church
  • Sunday worship 11:00 AM · Discipleship study Fridays 6:00 PM
  • Youth Wednesdays 6:00 PM · Servicio en Español Saturdays 6:00 PM
